Directed towards sticking tar in coke-oven gas,we developed the V awl flowmeter with anti sticking material coat.
Based on theory:On the surface of the throttling element and the inside pipe wall,a special kind of anti sticking material is sprayed ,which can effectively prevent the tar's sticking.The experiment was made under different temperature using objective tar.
The effect like this:When the tar in the coal gas encounters the surface of the throttling element and the inside wall of the pipe,because of the anti sticking material,the tar won't adhere easily,and then it will be blown off by the fast moving flow.So it ensures that the physical dimension won't be changed.( Measuring accuracy of different pressure flowmeter depends on the physical dimension of the throttling element.)The pressure port won't be blocked ,and the inside wall of the flowmeter won't be attached by tar,all those can keep long of the flowmeter's correct measurement.
