Directed towards the blocking problem of too much dust and impurity in blast furnace gas , we developed a V awl flowmeter with multiaperture pressure acquirement.
Based on theory:Change common single apperture pressure acquirement structure to multiaperture structure.When installing the flowmeter horizontally,3-6 appertures can be set as either positive or negative pressure getting hole,when installing erectly 8 to 10 appertures.
What's more,one time pressure getting hole is designed uniquely.
The effect like this:This technology effectively prevents that ,large amount of dirty impurity like dust or kernel in blast furnace gas can block the pressure appertures of flowmeters or transducers,so that the flowmeters can work for long and won't be blocked.
