Heating v-cone component technology There is naphthalin in coke-oven gas,which is apt to crystallize and stick to the throttling component and the measuring pipe when cold.And there is frozen water too.These can block the meter and bring a problem out of accuracy in measurement. We adopt a device of controllable construction in our products.There are two interfaces and two valves which can connect heating steam extenally.All the users have to do is to put the low pressure steam into the interface.Though controling the openning scale we can control the heating tempreture,so we can make the naphthalin in the coal gas in a state of boiloff.And water won't freeze because of a tempreture above zero. The effect like this:This technology can avoid naphthalin cristallizing and sticking to the throttling component and the inside wall of the meassuring pipe,and avoid water in the coal gas freezing into ice in the flowmeter,so that the flowmeters can work for long normally.
